• BrightCloud users expect good virtual and latency quality from Thinkmay’s remote desktop solution as they are using this solution to play game

Turn infrastructure

• AWS, Azure, GCP charge BrightCloud extra fees for internet traffic in and out from VM, thus we would need video traffic to be minimal

VM password auto-login

UI, logo, domain customization

• BrightCloud wants Thinkmay remote desktop solutions to fit into their lines of products as much as possible, thus it should have BrightCloud logo and custom design.
• BrightCloud’s customers are mostly in Brazil, thus we would need to update the language package for Portugal.
